TV Unboxing & Stand Assembly Service

Just received a new television? TV Solutions handles the heavy lifting — literally. We carefully unbox your TV, inspect it for shipping damage, assemble and attach the stand or feet, position the TV on your furniture, and manage all packing materials. For large TVs (65 inches and up), proper unboxing requires two people and careful handling to avoid cracking the screen or damaging the panel. Let experienced technicians handle it safely.

Safe Unboxing & Inspection

Large modern TVs are thin, fragile, and difficult to maneuver out of the box. We carefully remove all packaging, support the screen at the correct angles to prevent flexing, and inspect every surface for shipping damage before proceeding. If we identify any defects — dead pixels, cracked panels, or cosmetic damage — we document them and advise you on return options before opening any sealed accessories. This inspection protects you from discovering damage after the TV is set up and the return window closes.

Stand & Feet Assembly

Most TVs ship with the stand or feet unattached. We assemble the stand components using the manufacturer's hardware and attach them securely to the television. Once assembled, we position the TV on your furniture at the optimal height and angle for comfortable viewing. For TVs with adjustable height stands or swivel bases, we set them to your preferred position and demonstrate how to make adjustments.

Positioning & Furniture Anchoring

Proper TV positioning involves more than just placing the screen on a table. We evaluate the viewing distance, screen height relative to seating, ambient light sources, and room traffic patterns. For households with children or pets, we recommend anti-tip furniture straps to secure both the TV and the furniture it sits on. We carry and install anti-tip straps as part of the service when requested.

Packing Material Cleanup

New TV packaging creates a significant amount of cardboard, Styrofoam, and plastic waste. We break down all packaging materials and leave them neatly organized for your recycling or disposal. Your room is left clean and ready to enjoy — no mess, no clutter.
