Your technician configures the streaming device's video output for the best possible picture quality — matching resolution (1080p, 4K, 4K HDR), refresh rate, and color depth settings to your TV's capabilities. Audio output is configured for your sound system, whether that is your TV speakers, a soundbar via HDMI ARC, or a full surround sound setup. We verify that Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and HDR10 pass-through are working when supported.

Remote Programming & Voice Control

We program your streaming device remote to control your TV's power, volume, and input switching so you only need one remote for daily use. If your device supports voice control (Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri), we set it up and walk you through useful voice commands for searching content, launching apps, and controlling playback.
